Candora Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Candora, operated by Akash O G, based in Bengaluru, India ("we"), for the Candora browser extension and service. By using Candora you accept them.
The service
Candora fills job application forms with the information you give it, tracks your applications and shows information about job postings. The Free plan works on your device. The Pro plan adds sync, resume parsing and AI drafting through our servers.
Your responsibilities
- Check every application before you submit it. Candora can misread a form or answer a question wrongly, and AI drafts can be inaccurate. You are responsible for what you submit.
- Only give Candora true information about yourself, and follow the terms of the job sites you use.
- Don't use Candora to send applications in bulk without reviewing them, to get around site protections, or to misuse anyone else's data.
- Keep your password and passphrase safe. We can't recover a forgotten passphrase.
Job insights
Ghost-job, scam and pay signals are automated estimates, not facts about any employer. Use your own judgement.
Pro subscription
- Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, whose checkout terms also apply. Prices can differ by country and include taxes where required.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Manage billing; Pro then lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, Pro is paused until the payment goes through.
- No refunds: payments are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a billing period. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Any refund is at the discretion of Dodo Payments under its Buyer Terms. This doesn't limit rights your local law gives you that can't be waived.
- Fair use: resume parsing and AI drafts have daily limits, shown in the extension.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, by email and in the extension, before it applies to your next renewal.
Your content
Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI drafts are yours to use.
Availability and changes
We may change or stop features. If we end Pro, it stays on until the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. Free features may change at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
Candora is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost job opportunities, wrong or incomplete applications, or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending
You can stop using Candora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction, without affecting the consumer protections of the country where you live.
